Whakarongo School is a growing, dynamic and forward moving full primary school (330 students from Yr 1-8) situated on the edge of Palmerston North, New Zealand. It is in a quiet rural setting amongst trees and landscaped grounds.
Everything at our school is about the "Whakarongo Kid". The "Whakarongo Kid" encapsulates our vision for our students and consists out of 4 dimensions – Innovator, Navigator, Connector and Collaborator. Each student's aim is to be the best "Whakarongo Kid" possible.
We hope you find our website informative and interesting, and we welcome any enquiries about our values and the educational opportunities we give to all students.
